NT 775 Emulsification Tester is used to rapidly test the water demand of hectograph ink and its binder in the laboratory. It complies with ASTM D 4942. This instrument adopts a double-frame stirrer rake with planetary stirring, providing shearing and dispersion effects. It disperses and refines insoluble liquids. The liquids circulate inside the container to reach a uniform emulsified state. Controlled by a programmable controller, it can display working status and parameters. This instrument features modern design, stable operation, accurate measurement, high reliability and simple operation.
Core Advantages
- Complies with international ASTM D4942 test standard. Test reports are acceptable for foreign trade and customer acceptance.
- Equipped with planetary double-frame stirrer rake for stable shearing and dispersion effect, simulating real emulsification process during printing.
- Programmable controller allows setting stirring time and rotation speed; real-time display of working status and parameters.
- Robust structure, excellent test repeatability, simple operation and easy maintenance.
