LED light UV curing machine

NT 9200&9400 serials UV curing machine compared to traditional UV curing equipment that uses mercury or gallium lamps as light sources, UV curing equipment that use LED as light sources has obvious advantages such as long lifespan, environmental friendliness (no generation of ozone), energy saving, and does not emit a large amount of heat during operation

At present, LED light sources with two wavelengths of 365nm and 395nm are mainly used. Within these wavelengths, the luminous intensity of LED is much higher than that of mercury lamps, which is beneficial for the deep curing of UV materials. At the same time, the heat generated when the LED emits light is dissipated from the reverse side, and the illuminated surface itself has no heat, so it will not have a temperature effect on the cured material.

On the other hand, LED is narrow light wavelengths and can achieve precise curing (including precise curing of a specific part of the material, such as 3D printing); Or adjust the irradiation distance to solidify the material to some extent.

Core Features

Instant on, no preheating required: Full rated light intensity is achieved immediately after startup. Frequent on/off will not reduce LED service life. The LED service life can reach 20,000–30,000 hours, much longer than traditional mercury lamps.

Cold light source for low-temperature curing: Low temperature rise on substrates. Suitable for plastic films, thin paper and heat-sensitive printing materials to prevent substrate deformation and shrinkage.

Adjustable light intensity & stepless conveyor speed: Flexibly meet curing requirements of various UV inks and varnishes. Precise control of curing energy, convenient for R&D and sample preparation.

Compact benchtop design: Small footprint, can be placed in laboratories, quality inspection stations and sampling workstations. Easy to pair with ink rub testers for printed sample preparation.

Mercury-free & ozone-free, low power consumption, energy-saving, RoHS compliant.

Modular design. Irradiation width and wavelength are customizable. Air cooling / water cooling options available.

Applications & Industries

Printing Industry: Curing of UV offset, flexo, screen and gravure inks & UV varnish (color boxes, labels, film printed products).

Electronics Industry: PCB protective coatings, UV adhesive bonding and encapsulation of electronic components.

Optical Industry: UV adhesive curing for lenses and optical elements.
