For precision testing instruments, professional technical support (installation, training) and timely after-sales service is one of the important auxiliary means to ensure their normal functions. Since its establishment, NITOP has attached great importance to the construction of after-sales technical support team. It not only provides customers with high cost-effective precision testing instruments, but also provides customers with comprehensive professional, timely technical support and after-sales service. 

Technical service team was founded in 2008 and has been growing with the company up to now. At present, there are four experienced employees in this department. All members of the team have abundant professional knowledge in the field of coating testing and mechatronics. They can provide professional services for installation, debugging, training and use of instruments and troubleshooting for customers.
