PIG Multi-purpose dry film measuring instrument
Description:
Measuring film thickness in the range of 2-2000µm on every substrate （steel, non-ferrous metal, plastics, wood, concrete. plaster. etc.）.When it is necessary to measure the individual layer thickness in a multiple-layer coating system, the most accurate method available is the Paint Inspection Gauge（P.I.G）coating thickness gauge.
Adhesion test by means of cross-cut test in accordance with ASTM D 3359&DIN 53151.Indentation hardness test in accordance with DIN EN ISO2815（Buchholz），Observing pinhole, pitfall, fissure, bubble, squama, and quality control of adhesion and keelson pre-processing through microscope.
Potable instrument providing sufficient accuracy for laboratory use but also usable at construction sites and in workshops. Ideal for customer service technicians and demonstrations.
